Sancar Flats at West Rock 

The Metro Sancar Building, originally built in 1930's, has housed many textile manufacturers over the years.  It was purchased in 2005 by a Harrisonburg based investment group and converted to upscale apartments ranging from 600 square feet to over 1700 square feet.

Downtown is THE place to be.   Our plans include 47 upscale residential rental units, and a vibrant space for business in the lower level.
